Most of our calls come from people who watched a friend or a realtor use us first. A few of them wrote afterwards.

Moncton Prestige Junk Removal takes away what you don't want and can't easily move: sectional sofas, chest freezers, a shed that's finally coming down, a basement full of boxes. Our crew carries it out, loads it and hauls it away. You don't lift a thing.
Every job starts with a free quote, so you know the price before anything moves. We sort each load as we go, sending what's usable to donation, mattresses and electronics to recycling, and only the rest to the landfill. Short notice is fine anywhere in Moncton, NB. We've done about 1,100 jobs since 2022, and honestly the quote is the part people ask about most. Call, text or send photos.
Contact UsSend photos or describe the load and we quote before we lift. The price covers the carrying, the loading and the dump run, so the number you hear is the number you pay.
You point, we carry. Basements, attics, back decks and third floors are all part of the job, and we sweep the spot when it's empty.
Call or text and someone who works the jobs picks up. Short notice is fine, so ask about the next opening instead of guessing.
Old paint cans and tires without rims are on our yes list. Ask us about the odd item before you drive it to the dump yourself.
The City of Moncton will pick up five bulky items at the curb for free. It's a good deal. Honestly, we'd rather you use it than pay us for five items. But it runs on a five-week rotation, it won't touch tires, paint or concrete, and it won't climb your basement stairs.
That gap is our job. When the pile is bigger than five items, the clock matters, or the stuff is somewhere a curb pickup can't reach, we show up, carry it out and take it to the right place.

Most calls start with one thing that's in the way. By the time we arrive there are usually a few more. Here's what we haul out of Greater Moncton homes every week. Plain and priced upfront.
Couches, sectionals, recliners, dressers, tables and bed frames. We take them apart if they won't fit through the door, then carry them out and load them. Good pieces can go to donation instead of the dump.
A mattress is awkward to move and the landfill doesn't want it. We haul mattresses, box springs and futons to Eco360's recycling program, where the metal and foam get pulled apart and reused.
Fridges, freezers, washers, dryers, stoves and dishwashers, out the door and onto the truck. Fridges and freezers hold refrigerant, so they go to a drop-off that handles it properly. We carry out about 300 appliances a year.
Half-empty paint cans, old bikes, a broken lawn mower and fifteen boxes nobody opened. We clear the garage floor to the concrete. You can park the car in there again. We've seen the same pile survive 3 winters.
Basements collect things quietly. We carry it all up the stairs, check what's wet or mouldy before we touch it, and leave the space swept and ready for whatever comes next.
Old exercise gear, crib parts, boxes of cords. We clear attics and spare rooms in one visit, so a room that turned into storage becomes a room again.
Branches, brush, leaves, logs and the pile behind the shed. We haul it all away, which beats waiting on a fall collection date and dragging bags to the curb.
Flat screens, tube TVs, printers, computers and cables. Electronics don't belong in the garbage, so we sort them out and take them to the recycling program.
We take tires without rims. Eco360 charges $135 per tonne for tires at the landfill, and the City's bulk pickup refuses them, so most people end up stuck with a stack.
Old paint, stain and aerosol cans pile up in every garage. We take them, and they go to the provincial paint program instead of the garbage.
The day before the keys change hands is a bad time to find a couch nobody wants. We clear what's left behind so landlords and sellers can hand over an empty place.
One old chair, one broken dresser. We still come for a single piece, and the quote stays small because you only pay for the space it takes in the truck.

Businesses, landlords and trades call us for the same reason homeowners do: someone else has to carry it. Tap a heading to read more.
Apartment turnovers leave furniture, mattresses and bags behind. We clear units between tenants, and we can come back on a schedule when a building needs it. The City's bulk pickup skips apartment complexes with more than five units.
A listing photographs better when the garage is empty. We clear a house before photos, and we work around the realtor's schedule, including lockbox access and weekends.
Demo leftovers slow down the next trade. We haul wood, gyproc, flooring and shingles from job sites, so the crew keeps building instead of loading a trailer.
Old fixtures, shelving, desks and chairs out of a retail space or office. We work after hours when you need to stay open, and we leave the floor clean.
When a family is managing a house from out of town, one call covers it. We coordinate access with the executor or realtor and send photos when the rooms are clear.
Some jobs need more than a pickup truck and a strong back. These are the bigger ones we handle, and the ones where a free quote matters most. Bigger jobs, same crew. In our experience, the walkthrough sets the price better than any guess.
We clear whole houses for families, executors and realtors, over one day or a few visits. Anything worth keeping is set aside first, and the rest is donated, recycled or hauled.
Old sheds rot from the floor up. We take the shed apart, haul the boards, roofing and anything stored inside, and leave the pad clear for whatever you plan next.
Rotten decks are heavy and full of nails. We pull the boards, railings and posts and haul the lot. Pressure-treated lumber and clean wood go to separate piles at the landfill.
A dead hot tub weighs several hundred pounds before it's drained. We cut it apart if we need to and haul the shell, the pump and the cover. Ask us if yours can go out whole.
Kitchen cabinets, old flooring, drywall and bathroom fixtures. We haul renovation waste in the dump trailer, so you can keep working instead of making dump runs.
Nor'easters and post-tropical storms leave limbs, fence panels and shingles in the yard. We haul storm debris once the weather settles, and we can sort out what's safe to move.
Three jobs from the last few months, written up the way they went. Prices are what the customer paid before HST. No filler.
$1,850The family flew in Friday and wanted the keys back to the realtor by Sunday. On a job last spring we did the same thing. We set aside photo albums and tools on day one, then filled our 10 yard dump trailer 3 times with furniture and boxes.
$420The floor had rotted through and a family of mice had moved in. Every time we open an old shed, we find something nobody remembered. We tore it down, separated the shingles for the landfill's lower rate and left a clean gravel pad.
$590In our experience, a kitchen gut is the easiest job to price. The homeowner had the cabinets out by Saturday morning. We loaded the trailer, hauled it to Eco360 and the contractor started framing Monday.
Most people call us because they're stuck, not because they like junk removal. If we can make that call the easiest thing they do that week, we did the job right.
Marc grew up in Dieppe and spent twelve years on moving and hauling crews around Moncton. He has run the company since 2022, starting with a dump trailer and a borrowed pickup. He still runs jobs most weeks. He reads every message that comes through the site, usually before breakfast. Simple as that.

Most Moncton junk removal jobs cost between $75 for a single item and $800 for a full truck load, plus 15% HST. You pay for the space your junk takes in the truck, and the quote covers carrying, loading and the landfill fee.
| Load size | What it looks like | Typical price |
|---|---|---|
| Single item | One couch, mattress or small appliance | $75 to $125 |
| Quarter load | A garage corner or a few furniture pieces | $175 to $275 |
| Half load | A small basement or one room of furniture | $325 to $475 |
| Full load | A whole garage or a one-bedroom apartment | $550 to $800 |
| Whole house | Estate cleanout over one or two days | $1,200 to $3,000 |
These are typical ranges for 2026, not a promise. Stairs, long carries and heavy materials like concrete or shingles move the number, and your free quote sets the real price. Photos help. Send a few and we'll give you one.
Yes, for up to five bulky items per pickup, such as couches, mattresses and appliances. Residents book by phone before Friday at 5 pm, and pickup follows a five-week rotation by neighbourhood. Tires, paint, concrete and electronics are refused, and apartment buildings over five units aren't covered.
In 2026, Eco360 in Berry Mills charges $135 per tonne for mixed landfill waste. Building waste is cheaper, at $55 per tonne. Clean wood and shingles run $20 per tonne when sorted. An untarped load costs $20 extra, so we tarp everything we haul.
We work across Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview and out to Shediac, Salisbury, Memramcook, Hillsborough, Petitcodiac, Sackville, Cap-Pelé and Dorchester. Not sure we reach you? Send your postal code and ask.

If you have five bulky items or fewer and can wait for your zone's date, the City's free pickup is a good deal. Put them at the curb after 7 pm the night before and before 6 am on collection day.
The City won't take black bags with bulk waste, and metal items are collected separately, usually the day after. Wrong bags or too many items can mean a missed pickup that you only find out about the next morning.
Tires, paint, stain, aerosol cans, concrete, rocks, ashes and car parts are all refused at the curb. Electronics and propane tanks go to household hazardous waste drop-off. Those are the items we get asked about most.
At the Berry Mills site, residents drop off sorted recyclables, metal, clean soil, yard waste and household hazardous waste for free. Mattresses and box springs are recycled there too. The site is closed on Sundays.
Spring cleanouts start with the thaw, since daytime highs are usually above freezing by late February. Late fall brings leaf piles and move-outs before the first snowfalls in late November. Book early for the last week of any month.
Most junk removal jobs in Moncton cost $75 to $125 for a single item and $550 to $800 for a full truck load in 2026, plus 15% HST. The price depends on how much space your junk takes in the truck. Send photos for a free quote.
Yes. We haul mattresses, box springs and futons from your home and take them to a recycling program, so they stay out of the landfill. A mattress costs about $40 to $75 to take out on its own, or less when it's part of a larger load.
Yes. We take paint cans and tires without rims, which the City's curb pickup refuses and many junk haulers turn down. Tell us how many when you ask for a quote, because tires are charged by weight at the landfill.
Often within a few days, and sometimes sooner. Short notice is fine, so call or text and ask about the next opening. Weekends are available. If your move-out or listing date is close, tell us the deadline and we'll plan around it.
No, if everything is outside or the crew can get in. Many realtors and landlords give us a lockbox code. Otherwise, we meet you at the start, walk through what's going, and you can leave while we load.
We sort the load. Usable furniture and household items go to donation when they're in good shape, mattresses and electronics go to recycling, and the rest goes to the Eco360 landfill in Berry Mills. We tarp every load.
We take down sheds and decks and haul the pieces away. Hot tubs depend on the size and how they're set up, so send a photo and we'll tell you if we can take it. Concrete pads and footings are a different job.
We cover Moncton, NB, Dieppe and Riverview, and we reach Shediac, Salisbury, Memramcook, Hillsborough, Petitcodiac, Sackville, Cap-Pelé and Dorchester. If you're somewhere else nearby, send your postal code and we'll tell you honestly whether we can come.
Send a few photos or just describe the pile. We give you a price before anything leaves your place, then load it, haul it and sweep up.
